Tony Marino was the #1 Watson Selling Agent in Central Florida 2004!
He was also the Top Selling Agent for the Watson Southwest Office in 2005 and continued to be one of the top agents at Watson Realty Corp. He has 26 years of Sales and Service experience and has won many awards and distinctions in his Real Estate career since starting at Watson in 2001: Rookie of the Year 2001, Top Sales Associate at the Southwest Office in 2002, 2003, 2004 & 2005, member of the GOLD Pinnacle Club (sales over 10 million) 2003, 2004 & 2005, SILVER Pinnacle Club (sales over 5 million) 2002, and President's Club (sales over 3 million) 2001.
Tony resides in Melrose at Vista Lakes, is married with one daughter, a University of Central Florida graduate, Tri-Delta. He loves golf, running, football and is a Red Sox fan but a Yankee fan in September.
Tony enjoys helping others make their "dream home" a reality. He keeps up-to-date on the Orlando and Central Florida home selling market, and is proud of his reputation of exceptional service and attention to detail. Tony is tops at getting homes to close, and making the selling and buying process more pleasurable.

With 20 years of Customer Service experience, Jim's number one goal is to ensure satisfaction every step of the way. His background includes work in the Hospitality Industry with companies including; The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Marriott Hotels, Planet Hollywood and Siemens Westinghouse. Jim has held roles as a Training Manager, Hotel Operations Manager and Technical Trainer.
Jim is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he received a Bachelors Degree in Communications. He spent time as a Disc Jockey for AM Radio in the Philadelphia and Delaware markets. He currently lives in Windermere with his girlfriend of six years.
Jim's previous role was serving as the Technical Trainer and Sales Manager for Watson Realty Corp's. Southwest Orlando office. In addition, he attained the Sales Associate level of President's Club in 2004 & 2005.
Jim is currently the Managing Broker of Real Living Real Estate Solutions where he hopes to provide excellent leadership, professionalism and integrity.
